Velocity - default filter issue #92

Hi, this maybe should be blocked as default.

[08:45:53] [Netty epoll Worker #1/ERROR]: [connected player] nechapulovitch (/IPADRESS): disconnected while connecting to Lobby-2: Outdated client! Please use 1.8.8

and

[00:30:00] [Netty epoll Worker #1/INFO]: [legacy connection] /IPADRESS is pinging the server with version Legacy

Has been applied, and will be fixed in the next update.
