Only update Ddocs when master is updated. #22

gh-pages branch shouldn't be updated when any branch other than master is updated. We could also remove the gh-pages branch completely and only rely on ddocs.org.

I agree with moving to ddocs at some point, but want to wait for that to "prove" itself.
