Thank you for your proposal. Before merging, we want to think about maybe making the licence more relaxed. Would that be useful?
Yes, that would be excellent. If you are concerned about proprietary applications like Glyphs and RoboFont using your work without paying you, I recommend using the GPLv3 which has a simple business model: application developers who do not also want to be libre can pay you for a different license.
I'm curious about why you choose that license :)
It is short and simple :) we were also thinking of the MIT… heads or tails.

The license is buried in the source python file, but since it is restrictive, it would be good to include this up front in the root
