There color doesn't change, so that it isn't clear if they are pressed, and there is no sound.

You mean that when a MIDI is open, the keys don't actually get activated?

Just going through old issues,

if this is a feature request for injecting midi input into wasabi via the keyboard or other midi input devices, then that's not one of the goals of wasabi. I'm closing this issue for now.
