Auto Unban for perma ban

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I perma ban a gm a month ago
2. It was unbanned by "Control Panel"
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected, he still being banned for ages

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows server 2003

Please provide any additional information below.

Is it normal?

It's likely you didn't verify your e-mail address with the verification e-mail.

do you meant that verify the gm's email?
btw, for perma ban i just delete the acc info in sql..

Well I just checked to see if re-confirming your account via email while you're 
permabanned got you unbanned but that didn't do it.
Please provide more information, such as the revision you're using, the 'Ban 
Reason' 
for the unblock on the account.

i use a@a.com as email for the GM, so i thiinking it wont comfirm the account...
as for ban reason, i put : "Abusing GM Command"
the log is there, sorry i deleted the acc ady.
but in mysql, i SELECT * FROM cp_banlog c where account_id =2000769 
the result comes out only the 1 i put ban. so the control panel unban stuff... 
is it 
that using @unblock command? or some other way? but none of my gm wrote such 
command... = =

btw, my server is open at oct 2008, so i probally use the latest version 
avaliable 
in around 28 nov as i open both server that time and seeking cp which support 
dual 
server
