Character can not modify the Viewing Character #51

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When user clicks a menu item example: Change Slot. He returns not authorized

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The correct page would appear to exchange Slot

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Sistema operacional: Centos 5.6

Please provide any additional information below.

The same happens with:
Viewing Character: Modify Preferences, Change Slot, Reset Look, Reset Position.

Cannot reproduce.
Looks like a misconfiguration error.
Please review your settings in FLUX_ROOT/config/access.php
