Changed the contributors section's layout but adding socials option.

I've changed the card UI adding a feature to also share socials links of the contributors. can you please have a look at it? Have made this contribution for Hacktoberfest.

Thanks for contributing but, you are modify the whole structure and the sequence in which contributors have added their names , so that is not possible. You can revert back and can add your name as other, we will merge that.
