I've been running an experimental branch that builds images with Drupal + CiviCRM code installed. I'm manually rebuilding that function into the main branch (which only sort of does that for Drupal 7).

To keep it sane, I've refactored the Simuliidae docker files to be generated via a script, similar to how the Drupal Dockerfiles are generated.

Refactoring of the building of the Simuliidae Docker files is done, new "base" versions of the Drupal and Simuliidae images lightly tested.
