Occurrence Web Service response returns (maxresults+1) #72

When requesting data from the occurrence web service,  and the 'maxresults' 
parameter is 
specified, the results returned are always going to be (maxresults+1) when it 
should only be 
(maxresults)

Examples:

http://data.gbif.org/ws/rest/occurrence/list?
scientificname=solanum+&format=darwin&startindex=1815&coordinatestatus=true&maxr
esults=1

Fixed in Revision: r77 by deleting the "+ 1"

When making the change (deleting +1) the resulting screen does provide the 
exact occurrence count, but we are 
missing the <gbif:nextRequestUrl> element when there are more than 1000 records 
available:

http://data.gbif.org/ws/rest/occurrence/list?scientificname=solanum returns 
differently from the changes on 
the branch CIAT.

ok, now with the changes of the revision r99, the link "Next page of records" 
is showed.
