The download of usage statistics is possible a) by publisher and b) by
dataset. It delivers output of all usage event records from
gbif_log_message, plus an html-formatted view on a summary.
User/publisher requests ask for the following extension:
- in addition to a) and b), also allow download by participant node
(data_provider.gbif_approver or data_provider.iso_country_code)
- provide additional integrated summaries: search events and number of
records returned by year/month; download events and number of records
returned by year/month
- possibly link to some graphical display of number development a) over
time and b) in comparison to GBIF total usage numbers
