I changed the dependency TokenEnchant to TokenEnchantAPI to avoid using paid version and delivering all needed dependencies with the repo for easy building with Jenkins.
With my changings building with Maven/Jenkins works but code needs pooling (see changelog/comments) to make it good practice and testing to ensure correct work with TokenEnchant.
