What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a Physical Adept
2. Add Improved Reflexes Level 3
3. Add Mystic Armor and increase to power level 6.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected Chummer to stop allowing power level increases to Mystic Armor at
level 5 when power level exceeds magic score of 6. Instead it allows it to go
to 6 but stops it from going to 7.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
