Error when adding Disguise Item: Uniform #39

Chummer 5 v0.0.5.139 / Win7 64bit

I added the Uniform (Disguise item) to my test character and received the below 
info. Now all of my money does not calculate.

found the issue:

in the chum5 file, the cost code is listed as below:

<cost>>Variable(2000-15000)</cost>

the program does not ask for the amount you want to spend.
