[BUG] Eyepatch blocks mouth. #1171

Describe the bug

Attempting to drink a water tile with the left eyepatch on causes the message "mouth is blocked to appear"

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Set yourself to Cyclops (L) on character creation.
  2. Late Join into the round.
  3. Drink the fresh water next to the spawning boat, it will say "mouth is blocked"
