About The Pull Request

• Fixes bugs related to being unable to learn new miracles and runtimes
• Devotion gained per cycle now scales off of miracle skill. Legendary miracle skill has double the gain
• Lesser miracle and Miracle cost 5 less devotion
• Fixes transfix checking the wrong person for messages
