Remaining a draft until Useroth works over the bypassing system. If it's pushed to blackstone and un-modularized from ratwood I'll just close my PR.

Is this for a new higher RP whitelist server? If so then I don't think it will be wise to divide the playerbase and suck out the players who RP in Blackstone so there is less RP in there and put them in a new server with less players when the game does not function well with fewer players... I feel like keeping it one server where you have people RPing and others who RP less is fine. Especially since the game naturally encourages roleplay and you get more of it than your average ss13 server

We're porting the system regardless, but the server concept itself is experimental, and would only run during scheduled times. We're aware of the risk of dividing the playerbase, and risks are all being managed internally. This wont be something we throw into activity without being careful.
