Wounds do not properly sew upon using them, the wound is stated as sewn, but it still brings up the prompt to sew them. Furthermore, multiple instances of the same wound are not allowed to be sewn because of this. My money is on the skilled doctor PR breaking this. Even when the wound is "sewn", the wound does not go away. I had three separate instances of this happening.

Steps to Reproduce:
The easiest solution I've seen is to perform surgery on someone and then sew the incision. The incision will be marked as sewn. However, the sewn will not heal itself as usual. And will perpetually bleed over time.
