Fixes https://github.com/Blackstone-SS13/BLACKSTONE/issues/971. Fixes https://github.com/Blackstone-SS13/BLACKSTONE/issues/1289. Fixes werewolf claws being dropped after limb decapitation. Fixes cyclops trait causing permanent pain flashes.

Why It's Good For The Game

Bug fixes good. Cursed werewolf claw item drop is funny but is definitely not intended.
