[REQUEST] Heads on stakes #772

A suggestion to add heads on stakes so that multiple groups can display the heads of those who have wronged them. Whether it be the king displaying the head of a traitor/thief, or the bandits displaying a guards head.

Should require one stake and a decapitated head to make a head on a spike.

could be two seperate things? Like putting a stake into the ground could be a fall trap, so you can't climb down a roof or you get impaled, you could also put a stake into dug out pit to make a pitfall trap, and then finally you could put heads on stakes in the ground. Just ideaguysing, but traps and the trapping skill is really underused
