Garrison roles and certain nobility now come with SCOM Job Rings (lack of a better term). When someone with one of these rings speaks into an SCOM while wearing the ring, their job title would be displayed with their message. An example of this would be:
[Bog Guard] "Bandits are attacking the gate!"
Why it's good for the game
This does two things. It firstly makes it so certain messages are more easily identified. If the Gatekeeper sends a message over the SCOM saying that he needs a replacement, then it's more likely believable than some beggar doing the same.
However, this is a double-edged sword. People can steal the rings and use them for their own purposes. Someone can steal a Town Guard's ring and then yell over the SCOM that the Bog is attacking Rockhill. Obviously, there would be room for shenanigans. I think this overall would add some additional depth to the radio system, while also putting subterfuge into the mix.
This is mostly just a shower thought idea really, it probably has its flaws.
