Open Hardware Monitor v 0.1.31.0 Beta
User PC Windows XP Home SP3

It wont run at all on this system:

AOpen Motherboard
Model AX4B-533
Intel Chipset i845E Rev E0
Southbridge 82801DB (ICH4)

Winbond (All I can gather)

Bios Phoenix/Award  V6.00 PG 
Dated 03/13/2003

You should install the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 (or above) to run the Open
Hardware Monitor. If it is not installed you will get that strange error 
message.
