Remove Limit Column #69

It is very difficult to get useful limit values for temperatures, voltages
etc. Beside this, voltages would need two limits sometimes (lower and
upper). Right now good limits could only be implemented for ATX voltages
and Intel Core temperatures. For everything else a database would be needed
(lots of work). The limit temperatures read from the NVAPI are wrong (need
to be removed anyway).
