Quests double at reload #475

Hello I have a problem when I install the plugins on my server with Quests I've noticed with Vault and Bconomy and the standard quests and if I assume for example the standard quest mineworker and my server reload then the entry is double at / quest Also Say there is then

Break 0/10 Stone Break 0/10 stone

And after each reload it becomes more, one must quit quit quit quit quit and fixe this error

My server version is 1.10 spigot

I have the same problem too with 1.10.2 spigot

I have the same problem on every version of Quests I run.
