MAJOR ISSUE WITH GUI QUESTS #541

Hi, I am having a major issue with the GUI start sequence of a quest.

If you click and NPC with a quest to open the Quest GUI, and then proceed to click and drag the quest item, you can drag it right off the screen and drop it on the ground. Yes when deopped and yes when in gm 0. PLEASE FIX major issue.

Also, FinishEvents aren't working...
