Alarm doesn't ring when phone is off #6

Before you ask yes I gave it the permission.

The phone does start but the actual alarm never rings.

Which phone do you have? Which processor and which operating system? On miui doesn't work, but it's miui's fault.

I have a OnePlus 9 with Oxygen OS 11

With the phone on, does the alarm work correctly even with the screen locked? The bug you find, I found it on miui. I have no Oneplus devices and unfortunately I cannot test. I'll keep the problem open, hoping for someone's help
