It works for me on some panels also. But I strugle with 4
It starts, and then just stops. This is from local. If I try from github it just stays at 0% and nothing happening

I see from your log the "Nextion is not connected"... The code on dev will try to power cycle the screen if not connected for 30s after boot, but if you still having this issue, I would suggest a power cycle in your device.

Try saving blueprint with no panel, and then change it back. Worked for me
When you open your blueprint settings in Home Assistant, in the text by the top, there is the version number... What can you see there?

is using the original upload_tft
from the Nextion library available in ESPHome.
We are working a lot to develop a new upload routine, and that is the one in dev
.
Hopefully we can release that soon.

I have it installed on 4 devices also but I have only 2 in daily use at the moment as I have still to get neutral wires to the location they are for. On the boot screen, which versions you see for TFT, ESPHome and Blueprint? If those are all the same, then this could be a but and I would like your help to understand when this happens.
We have on
dev
a code with more logs... Maybe you can try that:
- On your ESPHome settings, in the
remote_package
area, change fromref: main
toref: dev
.- Flash your device.
- Try to transfer TFT file, but please capture the logs and share here.
- Change it back to
ref: main
.- Flash your device again.
