Help nextion IS not connected

Ok. You have a TFT from another project.

Please click 9 times on the center of that ring and it will open a service page. On that page, click the buttons recmod e baud=115200. I don't have the exact names, but are the two buttons on the bottom right corner. Those buttons are not giving that much feedback, but they are working and will disable the Reparse Mode and set the right baud rate used by the transfer on this project. After that, then press the Upload TFT display. You might have to repeat this process if it fails at the first try, but it it keeps failing, please come back here. Please record the logs.

I don't see in your logs the moment you press the Upload TFT button until it fails. Could you please try to capture that?
