What is the bug?

Trying to upload an updated esphome config and it keeps erroring out during the firmware. Persists over several reboots. Tried clicking the 'reset factory default' and saw in the log that it tried. two other units are fine.

So I think this was successful after all. I have no idea why it worked this time. Attaching the log.
