[FR] Disable filter for @everyone #29

We do not have @everyone enabled in our server and sometimes Sherlock will quarantine those who are creating announcement templates

Describe the solution you'd like

I would love to be able to toggle off the @everyone filter

@ikifar2012 Sorry for the delay in getting back to you about this. Currently the bot uses the Discord permission "Mention @everyone" for flagging. If said user has that permission, they will not be flagged by Sherlock. I believe this would be an easier solution then adding a toggle.
