X!Tandem issues. #27

X! Tandem does not appear to return any search results. Will investigate further.

Don't see where it's getting the precursor mass and charge state from. I opened up the precursor and product ion mass tolerances and the spectrum is still not identified (tutorial file scan 2804 - VNQIGTLSESIK from yeast enolase).
