On resuming most save files, party moves immediately downward Behavior noticed in version 0abdbfb

After screwing around with plugins, the problem seems to be with UFO_GameVer. Next released version of PSI will have GameVer disabled until I can fix the bug. Version: aa5bebb

Commented out block of code in UFO_GameVer that modified Game_Temp. Bug fixed. Version: 564ef7d
