Merge prototype into main #1

Prototype, but is feature complete.

Still requires a significant code-cleanup, but most of this can be reused.

App presently runs on:

Known TODOs before releasing to prod:

  1. i18n provide translations for all strings
  2. use riverpod for state management
  3. Swap out ListView for CustomScrollView with a sliverList for the main content and remarks
  4. Handle url changes more gracefully
  5. Loading remarks should also load the remarking user's profile info
