Create a new option to add a friend:
two new options in the dropdown menu in MapActivity:
Add a Friend (transmit data)
Receive a Friend (receive data)
upon clicking, NFC should activate & a dialog should display containing:
A textview notifying the user their device is transmitting/receiving
a cancel button (upon cancelling just close the dialog and do nothing)
If a friend's user data is properly transmitted, close the dialog and properly add the friend in Firebase
