Why did I make these changes?

Dependabot mentioned some security issues

What are the changes?

Updated all the packages
Fixed breaking changes in primevue v4
Update node to v22
Had to change the eslint configuration to the new format (.eslintrc.cjs > .eslint.config.mjs)
Fixed issues found while linting
