@l3r8yJ We need the following primary features cloud provider to offer us:

1. Virtual Machine service
2. Cloud managed database for PostgreSQL
3. Terraform resource management and integration Features that we also need:
4. DNS record registration

So, outlining candidate to be our cloud provider: Timeweb Cloud: ~37$/mo for 4x VMs with 2vCPUs, 4GB RAM, 50GB NVME, and reserved IP address, 1 database instance of PostgreSQL with 2vCPUs, 4GB RAM, and 40GB of disk space. Timeweb Cloud supports Terraform integration and domain management.

Also, there are other cloud providers that can be scoped, but we can't utilize them:

• Yandex Cloud (good integration and tooling, can be used in Russia or Belarus, but more expensive than Timeweb Cloud: ~126$/mo for 4x VMs with 2vCPUs, 4GB RAM, 10GB disk and 1 instance of PostgreSQL database with 40GB of storage on disk, pricing here)
• AWS (great variety of tooling and integration, but can't be used in Russia or Belarus)
• Azure (tooling is moderate, can't be used in Russia or Belarus)
• GCP (tooling is moderate, can't be used in Russia or Belarus)
