Hi

I am trying HIFI for a hi-c data from mouse, but keep getting out of memory error. I was trying a single chromosome analysis with 300GB memory with default option but still, it doesn't seem to be enough. Do you have any recommendations about the memory size requirement?

Hello, It depends on the length of the chromosome. But 300GB should be enough for most analysis. You could check whether all of the 300 GB is used by HIFI.
