Tracker stays on "Getting rank data" #3

I am trying to utilize this program as it seems like it's a great program but I'm having issues with it working from the start. I launched it first time and it stayed on the "getting rank data" so I close both the program and rocket league, then opened rocket league and started the program. Same issue. I then tried playing ranked 3v3 match to see if I needed to play a game first for it to update, still the same issue. I have a feeling this might be due to the game recently switching to 64bit dx11 but if not, please tell me what I'm doing wrong or if this is a bug that needs fixing. 96650d24dff1391110094e88348093e5

So I just tested to see if it was a dx11 issue and it is not. The same issue happens on dx9 as well.
