增加脚本绘制指定若干城市的确诊数趋势图 #15

增加了脚本VisualizeDXYArea.py，可用于绘制指定城市的累计确诊与单日新增确诊的趋势图。 普通用户只需修改该文件中的第11行，将感兴趣的城市名添加到列中，即可运行脚本生成趋势图并保存。

感谢，但是这个项目只作为数据仓库使用，如果大家都往里面添加自己的分析脚本就太凌乱了...

可以参考#7，将分析的脚本独立放在自己的project中，并在此提交脚本地址，我会定期将这些内容添加到reference中。
