Majin Sonic's voice doesn't work #13

Each time I try Majin Sonic's voice in UTAU or Fl studio it doesn't work

A tip turn up the volume of the voice, it worked for me in fl studio, utau, and fl studio Mobile

but i can hear when i play the file and i can hear the others voices but i cant hear majin sonic's voice, it just doesn't work in any of the stuff im using
