Add biphase

Need to finalize biphase system choice

Biphase writing probably handled via libftdi but need system choice finalized first.

• Create biphase frame (which channels are in)
• Finalize input code (DM vs Bi-L vs Alternate?)
• Test clockrate via bitsync
