Thank you for replying! The game is Fable 3 and error number is 8016 which is related to skylake processor but I do not use skylake processor. Is there any other way to launch the game?

I think it's not the processor's fault. Please specify the exact version of SecuROM. You can use ProtectionID (https://protectionid.net/) utility or send a minimal key kit (exe + dll), as it is usually done for 80_PA activation. Does 80_PA activate the game normally? Besides Fable 3, do you have any other games with SecuROM (preferably the same version)?

I believe the securom version is 08.03.0009

I am using unencrypted exe files with I believe skidrow fix which works fine on other machines Fable3NoZDPP.zip

I do not have other securom games I believe...

Windows version? Can you send list of own launched process and list of DLLs in SecuROM process? May be use Process Hacker or PETools.

Shit! This is SecuROM DRM ARM bug - he detected thinks that under debugger, but this is ARM enviroment. I think that is possible to patch (from me), but i need install Windows 11 ARM in to VMWare (VirtualBox) for reproduce this DRM behavior. Also, you can take screenshot with 8016 error and "winver" window. if you can, please send this critical bug report in to Microsoft Windows developers and ... probably Sony DADC AG (i wonder what they'll say) or Lionhead Studios (Fable 3 developers).

I believe it is an ARM Securom bug like you said I think upcoming Snapdragon ARM chips will have this problem too. I am using a Parallels virtual machine on Apple M1 which runs almost everything flawlessly except for this.
