Updated offsets + changed UACExecutionLevel #82

Offsets updated to the latest version of CS:GO by Hazedumper, also the UACExecutionLevel changed to "Require Administrator" -> This is already assumed in advance, because for the cheat to work it has to be started as administrator anyway, so you can set it like this right away. I have changed the release date in my fork of your project, but you will have to change it anyway when you release version 1.5.3.

-Another recommendation, set the C++ runtime library from MD to MT, so the runtime library is not required on the user PC.
