Replaced blocks dont inerit previous settings. need to disable beacons manually via spawngroup config

Must disable Proprietary Beacons with exact name since partial names tag crashes the game right now

Something with disabling blocks is non functional at the moment. Also enabling non-exact match causes a crash

non-exact match no longer crashing, but DisableBlocksWithName does not seem to work on any disposable or proprietary (replaced) blocks
