Ported to 1.16.2 #4

I ported this to 1.16.2 I tested it with the Overworld and The Nether. But I haven't tested any custom dimensions, but I would assume they would work.

Wasn't this already on 1.16.2? Also renaming from .hjson to .json5 will break existing configs unless renamed.
