Currently the first draft of the Open Compound Eye Standard (OCES) can be found here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1H2sgABNFWQW_PUNG0bSI6yISinCBB5kxgHpc0cm1N88/edit?usp=sharing

Once this has been decided on to a base degree, it will be converted to a Latex document and uploaded to this repository.

Instead of Latex document, it might make more sense to store this as a GH wiki so that we can have better version control.
