Java jdk on ppc64le #1508

Hi BlazingSQL team,

Just to report the link to Java JDK 8.0.6.11 ppc64le in powerpc/build.sh file,

http://public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/systems/cloud/runtimes/java/8.0.6.11/linux/ppc64le/ibm-java-sdk-8.0-6.11-ppc64le-archive.bin

is not working anymore.

It might be replaced by this new version:

http://public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/systems/cloud/runtimes/java/8.0.6.26/linux/ppc64le/ibm-java-sdk-8.0-6.26-ppc64le-archive.bin
