Please mention if this program is portable #4

"Portable" meaning not deliberately creating any entries in the registry or files outside its own folder.

I tested it in multiple ways and I think it really is portable. If you confirm, please mention the word "portable" in the homepage, in GitHub, etc. and I may add it to online listings of portable software, maybe even package it to PortableApps.com (see Wikipedia).

Yes the software is "portable." It doesn't create any files (or registry entries) other than the export characters you create.
