Update NavMenu.razor #10

Enables adaptive layout on the client side sample. This fix does not work on server side sample. This was surprisingly easy to get working on the client.

Sorry this has been left for so long, I'm going with a bit of a redesign of the component so unfortunatly I think its best to close this PR. Thanks again for your efforts and apologies for not dealing with this quicker.
