Dirty yet fast storage/player ESP #339

Bleach seems to drop a LOT of frames on all ESP modes when there is a half decent amount of entities or storage to render.

Would be nice if there was a made for a fast yet dirty mode to render esp

The new rewritten storage/esp should be at least a bit faster but still need a proper mesh drawing solution
