[Suggestion] Give all elements of the UI the ability to hue shift.

I like the hue shifting on the module list, but for uniformity I'd like to be able to make all UI elements hue shift the same way. (Also preferably include the ability to set colors for different sections of the element, like being able to make the server IP hue shift while the proceeding text stays a different color.)
